I just finished watching “Unknown: Cosmic Time Machine” on Netflix. I must say I am amazed by the hard work and determination the people at NASA have shown during almost 2 decades of building the James Webb Telescope. I haven’t realized how hard that was before I watched this fantastic short movie.

But what I am amazed the most is the images they were able to produce. And that’s what I want to show you in this short article. Be sure to watch the movie too, it shows just how hard it was to create, test and send this monolithic telescope into space. And just how important it is for humanity. It took me a while to find all of the pictures and shrink them to be fit for Medium, so I hope you appreciate the effort haha! Take a look below for the best images of 2023 taken by the James Webb Telescope!

Scared Yet?

I know I am. Imagine how many suns and planets are there…

What are the statistical odds that we are alone in the universe? I think very low.

I wonder what else we will find in the future. This alone makes life worth living!

Good luck and stay curious!
